Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of fashion jewelry, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds for card payments are processed back to the original card used for the purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments
If the order was paid using cryptocurrency, refunds are processed according to the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. Refunds may be issued in cryptocurrency or an equivalent value, depending on the payment provider’s policies.

We do not control blockchain network fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@jewelerworld.org before returning the item.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
